Last updated: 14 June 2026. By downloading, installing or using VoxCaption Studio ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
VoxCaption Studio is licensed, not sold. A purchased license grants one person the right to use the App on one Windows PC for one year from the date of activation. The license key is tied to a single machine. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the App or your license key.
The App includes a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked and no credit card required. After the trial ends, a valid license key is required to continue using paid features.
A yearly license costs $19 USD and is processed by our payment provider (Payhip). Prices may change for future purchases; an active license is honored for its full term. Some features (such as ElevenLabs voices) may require your own third-party account and are billed by that provider, not by us.
Because the free trial lets you fully evaluate the App before paying, purchases are generally non-refundable once a license key has been issued and activated. If you experience a technical problem that prevents use, contact us and we will try to resolve it or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
You agree to use the App lawfully and only on content you own or have permission to process. You must not use the App to infringe copyright, create misleading deepfakes, or violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you process.
All rights in the App, its name, branding and code remain with VoxCaption Studio. Output you create with the App belongs to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI features (translation, transcription, dubbing) may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxCaption Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
