Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about VoxCaption Studio.

How do I burn subtitles into a video?

Open the Compiler tab, choose Caption Embed, add your video and an SRT file, pick a style, and click Start. The subtitles are burned permanently into a new video. You can also let the Caption tab generate them for you automatically.

What languages does VoxCaption support?

Transcription, translation and dubbing work across 50+ languages, including English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Chinese and many more.

Does it work offline?

All AI runs locally on your PC, so your videos never leave your computer. Internet is only needed for translation, dubbing voices, and one-time license activation. The Converter and Compiler work fully offline.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), at least 8 GB RAM, and 8 GB free disk space. An NVIDIA GPU is recommended for 5–10× faster processing, but it's optional — CPU mode works too.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required.

How much does it cost?

A full license is $19 per year and unlocks all seven tools on one PC, with free updates for a year. See the pricing page.

How do I activate my license?

After purchase you get a license key by email. Open the app → Activation → paste the key → Activate App. The license is tied to your PC.

Can I use one license on multiple computers?

Each license activates one PC. If you switch computers, contact support and we'll help you move your license.

Will it put a watermark on my videos?

No. VoxCaption never adds a watermark to your exports.
